New in at St. Nix, the Harry Potter flying is missing the Mount and string but you could easily just get amount at like hobby lobby or any hardware store and string. The tardis is not brand new in the box but works. The joker helicopter is not broken. The top blade can be taken off and put back on but it's sealed so we can't put it back on in the case.
